They ignore customers when you walk in, just continue bsing between themselves
This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been! I took my daughter in for a haircut, there were a few other customers in and out as well, but not real busy at the time. I watched them ignore customers while they talked amongst themselves, even saw one worker roll her eyes when a lady came in and asked for a cut...she didn't want to help her! The girls working and sitting around eating were talking about some other girl that works there with words I normally wouldn't use around children and then they even starting talking bad about another customer they'd had in front of us!!! I wish I would've caught all their names so I could make a call to a bigger manager or corporate office since I think one of the women involved is a manager! But the few names I did catch while there were beulah and Heather. So if management does read this or care, know they were not the only ones. Anyway, if you're looking for a nice atmosphere with good customer service count this place out.
