No matter my reason for being there--their solution has always been "buy a new phone".
I was not greeted when I walked in or even acknowledged in the 10-15 minutes that I was there. I understand being busy, but a quick "Hi, we'll be with you as soon as we can" is easy to do.
Only came to pick up a Fitbit and waited over an hour!! Definitely need more staff!
Every time I have been there (about 4 visits) I have had a long wait.
I don't know why but this store is better than most att locations I've been to. They are just nicer and actually helpful
Its worth the drive to go to another "authorized" retailer.
On one occasion I went in to do a software update on my phone and the Tech didn't know how to do this.
They're always very helpful.
