They got me in and changed my flat super quick so I could get to work. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were friendly and efficient and I trust them. I will use them from now on instead of any other competitor, who normally try to upsell and over charge me. The protection plan is awesome and worth it.
The guys did a great job installing my tires on my Honda Pioneer. Despite concerns on my tire size for the wheels on the front, they turned out great.
Didn't have the best experience here. They got the basic job done that was needed (checking the brakes) and then tried to convince me that everything needed to be cleaned and replaced. Took the vehicle somewhere else and was told Plaza was wrong. Nothing they said was wrong, was. Really hoping it was just one bad employee and not common practice of the business.
Horrible experience! I was originally told my vehicle would be looked at the next day after I brought it in, ok no big deal. Three days later, however, that is when they “got around to taking a look at it”. I could have lived with with. I was then quoted a price for repairs, about $190. Nope. When it was time to pay up it was over $300 for an extra part and labor they didn’t see at the time of my quote. They never once asked if that is what I wanted to do, or would able to pay an extra $100 last minute. They just did it and expected me to not ask questions. In addition to the horrible customer service and experience I had encountered, my vehicle only made it out of the shop and down the road 20 miles before the same problem happened and I was once again stranded. They didn’t stand behind their work or the new parts they just placed in my vehicle. Waste of time and money. I will never go to to this establishment again, and I would highly recommend everyone else to stay away as well.
Went in for an oil change, 4 new tires and an inspection. Signed up for a plaza tire card and received about $100 off my total. Very happy and saved a lot of money.
